Our Success Depends on You — Become a RESULTS Activist Today!

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.

— Margaret Mead

RESULTS activists (also called “partners”) are powerful advocates for a world that makes the health, education and welfare of every family a political priority. RESULTS moves citizens from spectators of our democracy to active players in shaping the policies that affect millions of people around the world and here at home. As citizens living in the most powerful country on earth we have a very special role to play in stopping hunger and poverty in their tracks.

As an activist in a RESULTS group our staff and volunteer regional coordinators will provide you with an extraordinary activists’ toolkit to build a solid advocacy foundation. Our activists are provided training opportunities to develop their messaging and powerful speaking skills, skills to meet with members of Congress and their staff, training to generate media, hold community forums and much more.

With 25 years of advocacy training and policy-shaping under our belt, we have the experience to take you from standing on the sidelines of our democracy to shaping the futures of millions of families. The key to our success has been our reliance on the brilliance of our volunteers all across the country.

Our activists are people just like you who are transforming their political leaders into advocates for effective programs that allow families to find dignified pathways out of poverty.

RESULTS currently has over 600 partners in more than 100 communities across the United States as well as six other countries, the UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, Canada and Mexico.
