Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.

RESULTS partners

RESULTS volunteer activists (also called “partners”) are powerful advocates for a world that makes the health, education, and welfare of every person a political priority. RESULTS moves citizens from spectators of our democracy to active players in shaping the policies that affect millions of people around the world and here at home. As citizens living in the most powerful country on earth, we have a very special role to play in stopping hunger and poverty in their tracks.

As an activist in one of RESULTS' groups, you'll be supported by our staff and volunteer group leaders. We'll provide you with an activists’ toolkit to build a solid foundation and training opportunities to develop skills in powerful speaking, meeting with members of Congress and their staff, generating media, holding community forums, and much more.

With almost 30 years of advocacy training and policy-shaping under our belt, we know how to take you from standing on the sidelines to shaping the futures of millions of families. The key to our success has been our reliance on the brilliance of our volunteers all across the country.

Our activists are people just like you. They have discovered that everyone has the ability to make a difference given the right training and support. Join them and become one of our everday heroes!

RESULTS currently has chapters in more than 110 communities across the United States as well as affiliate organizations in six other countries (the UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, Canada, and Mexico).
