DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Group rate is available until July 2, 2012. Reserve your room now!Option 1: Call the Double Tree by Hilton directly at (703) 416-4100. Option 2: Visit the hotel registration website. Reference: RESULTS Educational Fund International Conference. Please do not call the RESULTS office with questions about the hotel or room reservations. You must contact the hotel directly. Room Rates: Our discounted group standard room rate is $155 per night, single or double occupancy. An additional $20 per night per person applies to groups of three and four registered to a room. Taxes are not included. Reserve early to get the special $155 per night: Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights are our peak occupancy nights. The first 200 rooms will be available at the standard $155 rate. Once those are reserved, a limited quantity of additional rooms will be available for $189 per night. Limited Quantity of Rooms: We encourage you to make your reservation early! Once our block of rooms is gone, we will be unable to secure additional rooms at our rate. Our conference coincides with the International AIDS Society Conference, which has booked all hostels and most room nights in DC (30,000 people are expected). Financial AssistanceSave 10 Percent on Airfare AirTran is offering a 10 percent discount on all of their flights to the DC region for our IC. Please download the agreement and call to get your discount. Scholarships/Financial Aid In cases of financial need, a very limited amount of funding is available through the Karen McQuillan Memorial Fund to assist with registration fees, lodging fees, and travel. To apply, download and fill out an application. The priority application deadline is April 9th and the late submission deadline is June 15th. If you are 18-25 years old, a current RESULTS activist or have a demonstrated interest in RESULTS advocacy, you qualify to apply for the RESULTS Education Fund’s REAL Change Scholarship. This scholarship covers 75% of the total cost to attend the conference. To apply, please send your application to Crickett Nicovich at cnicovich@results.org.
